Shifted Under Construction - Pre-order at Amazon!

Did you enjoy Shifted Undercover, the spin off novella from the Alpha Division series? If so, you might enjoy Shifted Under Construction, featuring Chis, Adam's best friend and business partner. Again, this story is set in the world of the Alhpa Division, however, it is a standalone novella. Shifted Under Construction (Bad Boy Alphas) Bedroom eyes and rock hard abs make for yummy eye candy, but Harper Mattox knows a bad boy when she sees him. She’s been there, done that, and

What the shift? How does one becomes a werewolf.

I am often asked to do wolf lore and werewolf lore lectures for writer and library groups so I'm familiar with many different types of werewolf lore. There are many werewolf paranormal romance and werewolf horror novels, yet because there are so many ways to tell the tale/ tail (couldn't resist the pun) we need not worry about reading the same story. Five Werewolf Clichés for Paranormal Romance

Lions, Tigers, and Bears, Oh My!

Lions, Tigers, and Bears, Oh My! Shapeshifters as a whole are my favorite paranormal breed to write and read about. Part of the appeal is the range in animals with wolves, bears, and dragons seemingly being among the most popular. But what about others? Since I’ve begun publishing in the paranormal world, I’ve seen an assortment of shapeshifters: gorillas, mongooses, even sharks! The werewolves of this world no longer hold a monopoly! So this post today is to find out what yo

    Crossing Genres: The Ultimate Mash-Up

Crossing Genres: The Ultimate Mash-Up I didn’t start out writing paranormal romance. I didn’t even start out writing romance at all–my very first story, back when I was seven, was science fiction. Since then, I’ve written science fiction, fantasy, Y/A, mystery, non-fiction, and of course romance, of several different flavors–paranormal, contemporary, historical, romantic suspense. I think it’s my love of all sorts of different genres that makes it absolutely impossible for me
