In a town full of witches, werewolves, and fae, a human plumber isn’t anyone’s first call. Business is slow, my best friend Chloe thinks margaritas fix everything, and touching people gives me a front-row seat to their private moments. Ask me about the bakery owner. Actually, don’t. And lately, my visions are getting even stranger.

Then Demetrios Martou moves in next door. The vampire is gorgeous, cooks like a dream, and his ancient pipes desperately need servicing. Strictly professional. Mostly. And when he takes my hand, I don’t see a single thing. I just feel it. Everywhere.

As if one tall, dark, and undead suitor isn’t enough trouble for me, Reade, the grumpy werewolf detective who ghosted me after our first date, has started growling at my neighbor. Sebastian, a dimpled “wine merchant,” keeps showing up uninvited and looking far too good for someone who knows so much about death. And then there’s Alastor, my ghostly reading partner, who I've known for years. Despite his opinions about my cookies and my love life—or lack thereof—something odd is happening between us.

Between my accidental collection of supernatural men, a dead HOA president who won't stay dead, and abilities I apparently know nothing about, my life is getting complicated. I'm going to need a bigger toolbox. And maybe a cactus. Those are hard to kill, right?
